Started my first intro lesson on capoeira last wednesday 6/6/2012 at the capoeira batuque. They did the angola style, so it was very slow. I did jinga, and two kicks and a dodge. I have to learn the correct names of each move. I was sweating like crazy. I am joining on wednesday. I will keep you posted.
