The Fourth Annual Mundial de Capoeira Maculelê is a week-long event featuring a series of capoeira workshops, dance workshops, instrument-making workshops, rodas, batizados, a formatura, and a capoeira tournament.

Capoeiristas from all over the US and Brazil are heading to New Orleans, LA to participate. The event is open to all capoeiristas.

Grupo Maculelê's past Mundials have been held in Miami, FL and Londrina, Parana.  They have built a reputation for being some of the best capoeira events to attend. Students and teachers alike have the opportunity to learn from great Masters and to play, play, and play! This is a week that you do not want to miss.
