We just had our Capoeira Camping last weekend which was another very successful and fun weekend. However, we can't leave it to the last minute, so lets get ready now to our 7th Batizado (Grading).

20th September - Tuesday - From 8pm - Welcome Roda and class with our Mestre Adelmo @ Fitness 1st in Bournemouth - Queens Park

22nd September - Thursday - From 8pm - Class, Roda and test (for those getting higher belts after class) @ Fitness 1st in Bournemouth - Queens Park.

23rd September - Friday - 18:00pm until 22:00pm - Workshops and Roda - Venue TBC

24th September - Saturday:

* 09:30am until 13pm - Workshops and Rodas - Venue TBC
* 13:00pm until 14pm Lunch break
* 14:30pm until 17:30pm - Grading and Rodas @ Bar So - Exeter Road
* 18:00pm until 19:30pm - Dinner
* 21:00pm until the sun rises PARTY (dress code - smart)

25th September - Sunday

* 12:00pm until 13:30pm - Roda @ Bournemouth square, in front of Obscura Cafe
*14:00pm until 15:00pm - Emboscada
* 17:00pm BBQ

Entrance: £5 (For parents and friends who will come to watch the grading Saturday 24th September @ 2pm)
